We have a small herd of Miniature Hereford Cattle. These cattle are docile, hardy and extremely easy to handle. They are perfect for small acreage farms. Our Miniature Herefords are DUAL REGISTERED with American Hereford Association and International Miniature Cattle Breeders.

Advantages of owning Miniature Cattle. Small Cattle are easier on the land, equipment and facilities. Pastures stay greener longer. You can raise more animals per acre with miniatures than with full size cattle. These smaller cattle are 25% more efficientin terms of feed conversion than their larger counterparts and therefore eat much less. They also make great pets. Since they are so easy to work with, it's very easy to name them. And if you planning on eating any, name the ones you are going to eat T-Bone or Prime Rib and don't get attached to the ones you are eating.

Earth Quake

We purchased Earth Quake from a show family in Oklahoma in January 2020. We will have calves born March through May 2021 sured by this awesome bull. We can't wait to see Earth Quake crossed on our Wally daughters that we have retained. We have our herd pretty much to the size we want and will sell most of his calves either for breeding stock, 4h projects or meat in the freezer.

PG Courtesy's Cheeks

"Cheeks" was born May 5, 2010. She is 42" at the hip. She is my son's favorite cow and the reason we decided on Miniature Herefords. She is an EXCELLENT mother. Lengh, Depth, and Top Line are just some of her great qualities that she passes on to her offspring.

PG Courtesy's Christmas Joy

"Joy" was born December 25, 2008. She was a Christmas Baby and that's how she got her name. She is 44" at the hip. Joy is an EXCELLENT mother. She has great length, depth and top line and passes it on to her offspring. She has had some really nice calves for us.

Hawk Shadow Farm Fireworks

"Fire" is naturally polled. She is sired by RR Wally out of PG Courtesy's Christmas Joy. Cody has showed Fire at a few County fairs last year and this year. She has done well at the shows for him. We can't wait to see her calves.

PG Blossom's Lilly

"Lilly" is easy to tell from the others. She does not have any white on the top of her neck. She was born April 21, 2010. She is 44" at the hip. She is the mother of several of Cody's show calves. She produces fantastic calves with great temperments.

PG Beauty's Sunshine

"Sunshine" is just a three year old in this picture. She has it all, length, depth, perfect top line. She is a sweetheart. She is a fantastic mother. She was born February 10, 2012. She is 42" at the hip. She has given us two nice heifers so far.

Hawk Shadow Farm Peaches

"Peaches" is one of my favorites. She is a daughter of "Cheeks". Peaches was born December 9, 2013. She has the length, depth and top line that her mother passed on and she is due to have her first calf this Spring. Peaches is also halter broke, leads, and ties.

Our goal is to produce smaller framed, easy to handle MEAT wagons.
